Mobile Application Notifications

Previously in blog posts, we mentioned how our mobile application features will improve your healthcare organization and increase patient satisfaction. One feature we haven't mentioned is our notification and reminder settings.

Patients want to be reminded of their appointments ahead of time to make sure they can still fit them in their schedules as well as in the case of an emergency-they can cancel their appointment. This saves patients time instead of having to call the office and explain the reason for the cancellation.



Notifications also can help patients know when to schedule their follow-ups, weather conditions for your city, and universal messaging that your company wants to send out to let their patients know about a topic.
