We know that we have created previous blog posts about this topic, but that's how important it is to keep the connection between you and your providers equally as strong whether it's in person or online. As a provider, you have also been in the shoes of a patient when you go to a doctor's clinic for your own personal needs, but patients can't say the same about a provider. It's imperative as you are working towards that connection that you think about what the patient may know prior to coming in and start that relationship strong.
